Ibs d from 10 years
I suffer from ibs diarrhea from many years and every time I have to go to washroom and uncomplete bowel moments all the time and I take some ayurvedic medicine as kutajghan vati for this issue but from past 2 days I am drinking yakult and suddenly it has started to bloat chest tightness and difficult to swallow is this yakult causing this issue or how.. What should be done next.

Stop herbal supplements..as its chronic issue,U may require colonoscopy  to know the extent of inflammation in ur G I tract.. Avoid milk products, hot liquid like tea, coffee Reduce stress and mantain proper sleep hygiene Detail medical history required for further guidance and treatment.. U can connect

1.Please stop the  ayurvedic medications 2.Take the consultation of a  general surgeon in person with proper history and evaluation 3.Colonoscopy may be required for the right treatment to ne initiated. 4.Adequate sleep and low spice diet. 5.Meditation
