IBS, cramps, skin issues.
I have taken multiple antibiotic courses since March 2016 for UTI, Food poisoning, Kidney infection. Currently, all those issues seem to be resolved. But my bowel movements are not regular. I seem to alternate between major constipation (less than 3 bowel movements a week) and dysentery-like (5-6 watery bowel movements a day). Also, severe period-like cramps on any random day of the month, slightly delayed periods. Plus skin problems like itchy skin/hair follicles, acne in face/upper body skin. I am assuming all these are side effects of so many antibiotics since I am pretty sensitive. CT scan and other blood reports done in the month of June-July all came back normal. Are there treatments available in Homeopath or Ayurveda for this?

For IBS problem you should avoid milk, butter, ghee. Intake of Buttermilk is advisable. Use of Bilva (Bael- wood apple) is specially recommended in your case. You can take Bilva Churna or pulp of fresh Bilva fruit. Medicinal regimen is decided only after clinical evaluation.

Irritable bowel syndrome is mostly due to hyperperistalsis, i.e. exaggerated nerve impulses within the intestinal smooth musculature. This is related to autonomous nervous system which is definitely affected by various underlying factors such as stress, sleeploss and use of antibiotic's etc... I suggest you to look at balancing your immunity and address causative factors. Specific Homeopathic sacrodes and ayurvedic herbs are recommended to correct the root cause.

Health Tips
Avoid large meals, eat small meals throughout the day at regular intervals- large meals fill the stomach and gives it more of a opportunity to reflux back into the stomach. Don’t eat late at night- you should stop eating at least 2 hours before bed time since lying down increases the chances of the symptoms

Hi..... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function. If you have diarrhea, you may find that eating small, frequent meals makes you feel better. But if you're constipated, eating larger amounts of high-fiber foods may help move food through your intestines.....
