Serious problem Get your Sugar levels checked and ESR CRP Lactate and Serum Procalcitonin if affording These are the markers of ongoing infection If these are high with elevated WBC count then you haven’t eradicated that Acinetobacter from body completely and might need Inj Meropenem or Piptaz for the same to clear it out properly Try Syrup Cital 2tsp TDS for 7 days Drink lots of water and check the colour of the urine This will decrease that burning Micturition Consult a Urologist or get a Flow cytometry done

Hello, I am Dr. Romain Rajan, General Physician. I understand your concern. ➡️ Recurrent UTI, prostatitis, and repeated antibiotic use can disturb the normal gut and urinary flora, weaken immunity, and cause persistent burning or discomfort even without active infection. General Advice: Stay well hydrated (2–3 L/day) and urinate frequently. Take probiotic-rich foods (curd, buttermilk) or prescribed probiotic capsules to restore normal gut bacteria. Avoid unnecessary or repeated antibiotics without urine culture guidance. Maintain good bowel habits – constipation can worsen bladder/prostate symptoms. What to monitor: Burning during urination vs. burning while sitting/idle (latter often seen in chronic prostatitis/nerve hypersensitivity). Fever, chills, back pain (signs of active infection). Any new blood in urine, weight loss, or severe fatigue. Medicines: Chronic prostatitis often needs a long course of targeted antibiotics (4–6 weeks) guided strictly by urine culture. For nerve/muscle burning, your doctor may add nerve-modulating medicines (e.g., vitamin B12, gabapentin/pregabalin). Probiotics + vitamin D + B-complex can help restore gut flora and immunity. Resistance is not always permanent; but each infection can be caused by a different bacteria, hence cultures are essential. When to consult a doctor immediately: High fever with chills. Inability to pass urine. Severe pain or blood in urine. ✅ Summary: Your high WBC count suggests ongoing inflammation/infection, but since blood culture is negative, the source is likely local (bladder or prostate). Burning without urination is often linked to chronic prostatitis or nerve sensitivity, not just UTI. Repeated antibiotics alone won’t solve this — a urologist’s review + urine culture-based treatment + supportive care for nerves/immunity is needed. You can connect with me directly on Practo or reach me on WhatsApp (85271646 seven seven) for a more personalized consultation. Best regards, Dr. Romain Rajan General Physician

Stop all medicines for 5days and then go for CBC , urine routine and microscopy and urine culture. Also get a FBS and Sugar PP tested For relieving urinary symptoms you can take tab Urispas thrice daily. Increase fluid intake. Report back after you get all the test results
