Ibs and acid reflux
After abdominal sonography *twice due to chronic lower left abdominal cramps indigestion. on and off bouts of constipation and diarreah and muscus in stool and health anxiety, I have been diagonised with IBS. I do not understand what foods trigger my IBS What diet should i follow and what should i avoid pls guide

Take fibre containing foods, have plenty of water, add fruits and veggies to diet. No junk foods, avoid maida Containing foods.

Take high fiber diet like fruits and salads. Avoid junk and oily food, take gud amount of liquids and eat home made food. Avoid taking spices
