Iam 10 weeks pregnant, but no heart beat
Iam 10 weeks pregnant, but baby does not have heart beat. Sometimes I am seeing spotting also. So is this a sign of miscarriage ?

Yes. If you don't get heart action of the embryo by 10 weeks then most probably it is a miscarriage. Please get your beta HCG level done and consult a Gynaecologist for further management

At 10 weeks if there is no heart beat  this is indicative of Missed abortion and you need to proceed with termination of pregnancy
