Masturbation at a younger age happens to almost everyone or so called “nightfall “ or semen ejaculation is also seen in development period of a male. There are lots of myths attached with both in many cultures and young minds follow that and seemingly the thinking of “ loss of virile material “ adds to anxiety and low moods. But if that process leads to anxiety and somatic complaints, a mental health professionals’s advice should be taken.
Next Steps
Try to remain calm. Don’t see or read porno materials. Avoid stimulants like coffee or tea before 3-4 hrs before sleep. Cues about sex should be avoided.Think about neutral topics before sleep.

Sir, It's good that you brought out the issue, it happens to many males (especially in late teen and early 20's) Physically this is quite normal, however there are symptoms faced by you which are psychologically disturbing. According to current litrature you will need counselling and medication for your symptoms As I don't know your current location, it would be difficult to suggest them for you If you have money and time you should go to a psychiatrist (MBBS, MD Psychiatry/ DNB Psychiatry) and Clinical Psychologist (M Phil clinical psychology+ RCI registered) Avoid proclaimed Psychiatrist and psychologist If you are short on resources you may consider visiting psychiatrist (some psychiatrist even do counselling, but not all)
