I want to gain weight specifically
Hi, I am Ankita Singh. I currently residing in Delhi for work purpose also my schedule is busy and cannot follow strict routine because of my rotational shift. I will need something which could provide more nutrition values in less preparation time. My age is 21 and my height is 155cm. I a hotelier by profession and i am not allergic to anything.

Hello, Weight gain is process that takes place gradually & requires constant modifications. By improving your overall intake of food and weight bearing exercises will help you gain healthy weight. As a start you can follow the guidelines below - 1. Incorporate protein rich foods such as dals, sprouts, pulses, eggs, non-veg, milk & milk products in every meal you take 2. Calorically dense foods such as milkshakes, lassi, chikki, nuts, paneer/chicken sandwiches or rolls can be included 3. Vegetables such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, yam and fruits like banana, mango, custard apple, chickoo are also calorically dense 4. Incorporate healthy fats from nuts and oilseeds 5. Irrespective of the shift that you are working ensure that the meals that you are taking are balanced with adequate carbs, proteins and fiber 6. Eat plenty of vegetables ,fruits greengram sprouts everyday for breakfast. Khichdi with  varietyvegetables,gruel with dry fruits are very nutritious. Powder dryfruits as raisins,almonds,figs,walnut,dates,dry copra and make into laddus. Eat daily 100 gmladdu one once a day.this will fulfil all ur daily vit,mineral requirement. Everyday one seasonal fruit will also nourish u .papaya,banana,sapota,grapes,citrus fruit,melons,mangoes all fill ur stomach and also nourish u.

Hello Ankita! Despite your busy work schedule, try to ensure you take 3 proper meals daily- which can include simple foods like roti-sabzi/paneer/eggs, khichdi, soups, stir fry veggies , milk and muesli or various ready to make chilla like moong/besan/suji. Take quick and nutritious snacks like fruits, nuts, dates, boiled sprouts, cut cucumber or carrots. Makes sure to get 6-7 hours of sleep, avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.

Hi, You require protein rich balanced diet which will give full nourishment. A diet chart can be customised as per your schedule. You can have different kinds of nuts, sprouts salads, dahi/yoghurt, fruits salad,fruit custard etc this items are healthy, nutritious and can get it easily. You can have one dish meal which will take less preparation time but at the same time nutritious, like bread poha, khichdi,soyabean biriyani, mashala rice, pispas, veg stuff atta chilla etc.
