I want to gain some weigh
Its been a long time i stopped smoking my age is 21 weight is 54 now I started gym and I want to gain my wait upto 60-65 please suggest me the helpful diet and some points which will I have to be follow !! Thanks

hello there. have a high protein diet. talk to your gym trainer also about this. build up muscle mass so that you have a good weight gain as opposed to fat deposition. all the best. regards
