Before giving a Medical certificate to any person a Doctor has to confirm that it is the same person whose name is written in the Aadhar Card and who wants a certificate. The Doctor should have been treating that person for the disease for which a Medical certificate is being issued. None of these can be done by Tele-consultation.

Getting a physical medical certificate from a local doctor would be right for you in that case.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
