I vomit last night 1 time after dinner.
I vomit last night 1 time after dinner. My hand palm and feet are hot and aches much but my body is cold. I do not feel any weakness or anything. Should I take any local fever medicine for it. My hand hand n feet still aches. Due to fever pain.

Note the temperature ,if fever then paracetamol 500mg can be taken.if not then  pain killer may help. If symptom persist then consult immediately...
