I ve mild strain arund eyes and headache
I ve strain in eyes and due to this strain headache from last two days. I m using the glasses with of 1.75 in minus but no issues with vision due to pain.feeling a kind of mild pain in eyes and headache.

are you a computer user. if yes.then you are having computer vision syndrome. please use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop

follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20.minutes. don't sit facing towards A.C. or fan.keep proper distance between eyes and screen. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water.
