Hey there! I understand how difficult it must be to deal with panicking. I understand how disheartening it must be when you notice that you are slowly losing something that you have always loved as a child. The best thing that you can do to figure out why exactly your hair has started to grey is to consult a doctor. There could be many reasons for this, and sometimes you can manage this by fixing the intake of vitamins and minerals that your body requires. It could also be due to some negative habits like smoking. You can also avoid chemical treatments such as bleaching and keep your hair away from the sun by covering your hair with a scarf. A doctor might be able to look into your problem in detail and help you identify the cause of this concern and also to take steps to protect your hair. As for the emotional distress and panic that you have been feeling, what you could do is consult a psychologist if you feel like the stress is becoming unmanageable. However, here are some steps you could take to try and manage this concern: Practise Mindfulness- Even about ten to fifteen minutes of mindfulness a day can have amazing effects on managing your stress. This helps you focus on the present moment and not worry about things that are not under your control. Reach out to friends and family for support- Your friends and family will always hear you out and support you through your tough times. Talking to them will make you feel like you belong and give you a sense of security. Practise some easy grounding techniques- If you either google or check on youtube for some easy grounding techniques you find many exercises that will help you calm down during stressful periods. Stay Strong, you have got this!

Hello you have not mentioned your age . Has there been any changes in your routine. This could be a temerity phase and stress. If you work towards staying positive , it will change faster then you think. Appreciate the good things around you along with a positive mind set that your hair still looks beautiful. Try to change to healthy habits of eating, sleeping and exercising on time. It will help too. You can visit hair specialist , have health supplements post checking with the doctor. Focus on what can be done.

Accept the natural changes, observe others (you have not given your age) but younger than you but having gray hair. So its changes inside your body and you have to accept it with time and live with it. Sometimes gray hairs gives different look to your personality (shows maturity, authority etc..)
