As per your symptoms you have discussed it seems to be ORAL SUB MUCOUS FIBROSIS. but first of all quit the habit, continuing the habit will not help the treatment to show any results. But u can try the tablets having LYCOPENE IN IT. U can try these tablets like.  SM-FIBRO TWO IN A DAY FOR AT LEAST 30 DAYS .BUT BEFORE THAT CONSULT A DENTIST ASAP.

The condition you may be suffering from is oral submucous fibrosis,where there is reduced opening of mouth,,it needs urgent attention.First of all quit the habit of chewing pan masala and then see a dentist asap to start the treatment.
