I strongly recommend that you get a covid rtpcr at the earliest. It seems to be very mild, so even if you are positive home isolation and symptomatic management will suffice. Get RT-PCR for COVID done
If RTPCR negative and still having symptoms go for HRCT chest, as this time even RTPCR is coming negative sometimes.
