hi ur fasting sugars are absolutely fine, and hba1c also good if ur already diabetic and on any drug then need to titrate medicine, don't abruptly stop any medication, if u want proper guidance u can connect me.
If you are not diabetic then this stage is called prediabetic stage, in such a scenario there is no medical treatment required, just follow strict diet and exercise
Your fasting blood sugar is normal . No need to take any medication, but if you are already diabetic and taking medication, kindly let me know so that I can guide you more.
Even though your HBA1c is within range but it’s not optimal
It should be below 5.4
For that
Have healthy active lifestyle with no junk food processed good
Have nutritious home made food and daily exercise for 45 minutes and it should become your lifestyle
Hi,
Your reports show mildly raised HBA1C
You are right. You need to take more 'steps' daily. A regular diet with calorie restriction, regular exercise and avoiding smoking/alcohol use is the way forward
You don't need any medicines
Kindly get your blood pressure checked and a lipid profile too
Take care
