I need an advice
Me and my gf met on 2nd may 2026 in her place. (Now I was already diagnosed with OCD by a psychiatrist due to false fear of pregnancy from months after our first and last Intercourse on 24th December 2025 using protection). In this context, I decided to avoid  penetrative intercourse and genital - genital rubbing. So we did only foreplay stuff and I made sure that there is no genital-genital contact between us. Now a time came she rubbed my penis with her hand and I ejaculated in the air. Semen got scattered here and there and few drops fell on her outer thigh of the top leg. I cleaned that immediately. Also both of us cleaned out hands after this act and nothing else happened. Now I know pregnancy can't happen like this. Even she had period like normal bleeding every month like on 6th may, 10th june, 7th July ,7th August, 4th September, 4th October. Even she did two pregnancy test one on 6th and 9th June both negative. Still I am fearing from 2nd may as her November period is late.

What you've described, semen landing outside the body with no genital contact, does not carry a pregnancy risk. Her regular monthly bleeding every month since May is also reassuring, since an actual pregnancy wouldn't allow that kind of normal cycle to continue. A late period this one time is far more likely to be ordinary cycle variation or stress than anything related to that day.
Next Steps
If her period doesn't arrive within a week or two, a home pregnancy test will settle it either way, though given the facts here it's expected to be negative.
Health Tips
Since you're already being treated for OCD around this exact fear, please consult your psychiatrist about it specifically, as one more reassurance tends not to fully resolve this pattern.
