I might be suffering from pox, not sure, it got spread to my face as well, need help. Please reply asap so that i can consult or else stay in the house itself

Usually chicken pox starts with fever, lesions will be as dew drop like fluid filled, sorrunding reddish rim , which becomes central black crust as the time progress
