Ok, it's not clear for what you are taking Serta ,that to since 2yrs unless it's a Recurrent depression.
In pregnancy and lactation no drug 100% safe , but relative safety wise Serta 25 will be ok except one or two studies says better to avoid ,but overall it should be ok .

First of all please note serta is safe medicine during pregnancy however if you wish to stop it you can do it by tapering down the dose slowly though 25 mg is very low dose itself and usually doesn't cause withdrawal symptoms. For detail discussion consult a psychiatrist. All the best
