I'm a 19 year old male studying Dentistry. Everything in my life seems to be falling apart when in fact I can gain control of it easily. I get severe anxiety attacks almost every day for the silliest reasons.
Every night, I force myself into crying or grief even though noting significantly bad has happened since a long time. I take part in social outings but never genuinely feel connected or happy with it.
I've always been an above average student, but since months now, I have become a below average and am literally surviving on my reputation. I've financially lost control too.
Physically, I get sudden hunger urges on one day, and on the other. There's always a heavy chest and I've started sleeping more than usual. It's been almost 4 months now.
