First the diagnosis needs to be confirmed. Warts are caused by the hpv virus and treatment options vary depending upon the number of lesions, site, type, etc. They are usually removed by laser, cautery or chemicals and medicines are given to stimulate the immunity. Recurrences may happen in the first few months and need to be managed. So visit a dermatologist for early diagnosis and treatment.
Next Steps
Consult a dermatologist

There is no cream as such You will need to remove it chemically or surgically by a dermatologist only.

We need to first examine and see if its vertical plana or vertical vulgaris... flat warts we can try to remove by cream. You can contact initiating and online consultation and send me your photos so I can examine and then advise you on the proper course of action.
