I have vertigo pls help
Hi, I am 32 year old female I have vertigo and I don't understand how suddenly I get vertigo and what should I do that time. The very first time I got vertigo was very teribble and doctor prescribed me some medicines which I took and I was ok after 2 days and still continuing the same when ever I get vertigo but I don't understand how i get it suddenly what precaution should I take so that I won't get that and if at all I get what should I do. I can't sleep in some position the whole thing start roaming and that is terrible and I feel like vomiting... Why this vertigo come and how what is that I should avoid ?
