I have stoped taking pexcep cr12.5
I had anxiety and depression issues last year and this year I got covid and after that again I had anxiety issues so I restarted taking pexcep cr12.5 in night and etilaam 0.25mg in morning and night ... Now since I was feeling perfectly positive ...I stoped taking pexcep cr12.5 since 5 days ...and since yesterday I started to have some withdrawals symptoms like dizziness and feeling little sick ...is it normal ..how long does this withdrawal symptoms last ...is it better way to stop the dose suddenly after feeling better ? I am still taking etilaam 0.25mg in day and night ... What's the best approach to get rid of these medicine? When can I stop using etilaam? I really don't want to get used to these medicine and I feel much better and positive overall and there hasn't been any change in positive behaviour since I stop using pexcep cr12.5 Please advice

Kindly  consult  with a Psychiatrist for advice on any change  in the dose, duration  of intake of prescribed medicines .Any decision on discontinuation  of such medicines  should also be taken after discussion with a Psychiatrist  ,as abrupt  cessation  of these medicines  might lead to many unwanted  and potentially  harmful effects.

Never ever change / stop/ modify medications unless supervised by a psychiatrist. Abrupt stoppage can lead to the symptoms you have mentioned above.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychiatrist for your problems formally.
