  4. I have stiffed in my both knees one year

I have stiffed in my both knees one year
I have been pain/stiffness in my knees. I do not understand that I have pain or stiffness. I have no sujjan in my knees. pain/stiffness is not often but have. I have also pain in hip joint near tail. Please suggest prescription/suggestion. Uric acid is normal. FBS is 116.
