I have small bump at end of my tongue.
There is small bumb at end od my tongue . I don't know from when it is . I never noticed it before. It's painless . Do I need to meet doc for this .

The multiple round bumps seen at the end of the tongue are normal, they are called as circumvallate papillae (can Google to relate with pictures of same) , they are normal part of tongue structure , nothing abnormal.
