I have slip disc problem
I have slip disc problem which triggers back pain intermittently. I have had this problem 3 years back also, but from past 2 months, it has again aggravated.

Get yourself assessed by a physiotherapist and will start with level one of back rehabilitation Continue doing the exercises routinely with regular follow ups and progression

It's possible that your slip disk has increased. You need proper physiotherapy. Hot bag, painkillers, gels etc. will give temporary relief.

Get an MRI scan done. Test your vitamin B12 and D3 levels.
