I have pcod and gained weight due it
I have pcod and have gained a lot of weight due to that. I have gained atleast 25 kg s because of that. I dont have my periods until i workout or without taking medicines. My weight is also very slow and eating nothing calroie wise makes me gain weight.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

Hi Weight gain is one of the symptom n cause of PCOD .Ur 1st step should be towards losing weight but in a healthy manner.A diet should be planned according to ur medical problem that is PCOD. PCOD is reversible with healthy diet n medications. You must be doing something wrong in your diet thats why gaining weight.You should contact a Dietician/nutritionist.
