I have Myopia
It's been few months and I've noticed that I'm suffering from myopia means when I see distant objects they appear blurry...

Hi
First get proper refraction test and use glasses regularly, after stabilised visual acuity you can go for Lasik/smile procedures to get rid of glasses.

Tab/cap/supplements can not help in removal of glasses.
Lasik Laser can.
