I have got histopathalogy report
After 8 week of miscarriage have got histopathology report, but did not understand.

Report
SPECIMEN :Products of conception for HPE.
DIAGNOSIS :PRODUCTS OF CONCEPTION.
Clinical Notes :A1. Underwent suction evacuation, 8 weeks gestation with
missed abortion
Gross Examination :Specimen consists of multiple grey-brown bits of tissue,
amounting to 4cc. Entire tissue is taken for processing.[A,B,C].
Assisted by :GP
Time of fixation :Adequate
Microscopy :Multiple sections show endometrial tissue with decidualised
stroma and areas of fibrin and hemorrhage. There are also few
chorionic villi which are rimmed by trophoblastic cells. No
hydropic degeneration or trophoblastic proliferation are observed.
IMPRESSION: PRODUCTS OF CONCEPTION.
Note- 3 slides and 3 paraffin blocks enclosed. Please preserve
it carefully.
