I have got Gout in my left foot joint.
What remedies and what precautions should be taken? Is it a serious disease? Can it be normalised? Can I do sports like running etc?

For gout/hyperuricemia: Tab Febuxostat 80mg at night and 40mg post breakfast for 1month. Avoid brinjal, soyabeen, yellow Dal, mutton, tomato, green saag, beer. Apply ice packs over affected painful area
