Sir suffering with gout from last 1year...is there any permanent solution for me...

There is no permanent cure for hyperuricemia/gout. Try: Tab Febuxostat 80mg at night and 40mg post breakfast for 1month. Avoid brinjal, soyabeen, yellow Dal, mutton, tomato, green saag, beer. Apply ice packs over affected painful area.
