I have colon problem

I go and stool then when I go out I feel I want to stool again then I do liquid stool and some times I feel I want to stool again , everyday when I wake up I produce alot of fart and some times I hear voices in my colon and my stomach and I did stool analysis and found that I have wbc in my stool but I don't see it with my eyes I just want to know what I have to cure it
