I have cold from 10 days
I have cold from 10 days or above. Running nose and sneez also. I get medicine from 5 days. It dosent work. What to do

Just  take cetrizine 10mg daily and  build up your immunity. Eat healthy food, fresh fruits and vitamins. Get checked  by ENT specialist as cold doesn't take so long to cure

Start 1. Tab Zifi 200mg 1 tab twice daily 2. Duonase nasal spray two times daily 3. Gargles three times a day

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Do not take medicines from chemists directly, they will do more harm than good. Tab. Montina-L twice a day after food for 3 days. If you develop fever, paracetamol can be taken. Steam inhalations and drinking plenty of warm water is recommended.  Consult a ent specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
