HELLO,. DUONASE NASAL SPRAY TWO TIMES OR THREE TIMES . USUALLY NO REACTION SEEN BUT U NEVER KNOW AS IN PRACTO CASES REPORTED. YOU CAN TAKE ONE MONTUK LC OR CETRIZINE FOR Safety TILL NEED IT IS ALSO GIVEN IN FLU. O.K,BYE.
