I have cervical ladosis
Head ache in back side and concentration lackness. It gets severe on nodding head and I also get tingling in arms

Hi,
If you have headache while reading, it can be due to improper position while studying. Keep the book to the level of ur eyes so that there won't be excess flexion or extension of the neck. Donot lie on the bed and study
Lack of concentration could be due to the pain complaint.
