  4. I have been vomiting since yesterday.

I have been vomiting since yesterday
I vomit everything I eat and drink after few minutes and I think I am dehydrated as I vomit even water so I can't drink anything Whatever I eat it is not getting to my stomach it will in throat it feels like that
