Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. You are suffering from what we called tropical acne. In this condition pimples erupt on the back and shoulder area followed by pigmentation after healing. The treatment is not very complicated.
