I have anxiety,depression and ocd
Sir now i have been taking medicine for 20 days.name of the medicines are fluoxotine 20 mg 2 capsule morning and clonazepam 0.25 1 tablet night.sir i have found side effect anxiety,gas problem too much .can i change this medicine to escitalopram 10 mg.please tell.

Escetalopram is not primary medicine for OCD, its better to decrease fluoxetine to 20mg per day for few days and then increase again to 40mg or you can think of replacing fluoxetine to fluvoxamine which is also very effective in OCD but whatever changes you make do it under the guidance of any psychiatrist only.
