Consider consulting surgeon to rule out it an abscess, which is very common in anal canal Abscess features will be like Pain Fever Unable to sit As u have used antibiotics, whether it is resolved or not ,must consult a surgeon. If abscess chances of fistula formation is there in the near future If there is no abscess, congratulations and be happy... just say hi and bye to d surgeon Have a good day!!!

Okay..For how long do you have it ? Is surrounding area redness present/pain on touching it ? Is there any discharge or itching ? Which antibiotics were taken ?
Next Steps
you can take a picture of swelling and share with surgeon if physically not present for examination. surgeon will decide whether to continue medications or not.
Health Tips
need further analysis.. if it's simple boil needs no further management but sometimes there is underlying sinus/fistula which later on may have issues.
