Anal skin tag removal
I had an anal skin tag of few mm size  on the anterior opening of anus which grew fast and extended to perinium.. Removed it surgically by surgeon and it's size was 2cm..Wound closed by 2 stitch at the time of removing that big one there was also a small skin tag on posterior opening of anus.. Which I choose not to remove... Then it also started to grow around anal fissure which is not healing properly.. Now I have one more skin tag near the stitch of the previously removed one.almost inside anal opening..It is painfull at sometimes... Should I remove both skin tag surgically? Or by any other method. What causes these multiple skin tag one after other? *Done sigmoidoscopy and confirmed this is not piles
