Small lump near anal opening
Hello, From yesterday onwards I got small lump near anal opening... And it's paining... After my delivery I got fissure now it's cured..pls suggest some medicines

It could be thrombosed haemorrhoids or swelling at the site of the fissure - the first thing to do is to take start taking some laxatives like isabgula husk and applying Vaseline on your anus - the better option would be to get yourself examined by a surgeon

It might be abcess , if its causes severe pain on touching. If it should be drained. So consult a surgeon as early as possible.
Next Steps
till then take antibiotics , drink plenty of water , avoid non veg .

That could be a skin tag if you have a history of fissure … i would suggest a opinion from general surgeon for complete cure ….. but only pain is your concern than you can apply lignocaine 2% gel before defecation/passing stool and add more fiber and water in your diet
