I have a problem of High Blood Pressure.
I have visited nearby hospital for health check-up. During check-up I know that my blood pressure is high i.e. 150/90 & pulse rate is 80. Now I want to know for further precautions. Now my age is 23 yrs.

First consult a physician., Need to reduce salt in diet.
Second repeat blood pressure measurement after 2-3 days. Consistently the recordings high, will indicate hypertension i.e. high BP , and treatment need to be started.
