I have a painless bumps inside lower lip

Hello Doctor. I have a problem. I have a 3 to 4 bumps on the inner down lip. I can't see them through mirror. But I can feel it with the tongue , touching like a small bumps. They are not itchy, redness or they don't cause any irritation. But I am feeling worried when I am touching with my tongue, I can feel the spots. Is it any cancer or something. Please clarify me . I am worried
