I have a pain on my left shoulder.
I'm a Cricketer, and since last 2 months I have pain on my left shoulder which is now unbearable. I have started doing Crossfit training from last week. And the pain has increased. I think the reason for my pain is I sleep on the chest with elbows to the bed line a plank position. Due to that the pain has developed. Please help me in this. Looking forward for your immediate response

Hello there, The first mistake you did was ignore the ongoing pain from last 2 months...the other mistake u did was put your shoulder through stree through cross fit training...your sleeping position may or may not contribute to your shoulder problem. Your problem could be anywhere from simple tendinitis to more complicated SLAP tear. Get back immediately for proper treatment analysis,advice,pracautions and treatment plan. Regards
