Recently when i getting neck pain, i am getting headache also. getting some sound while i tighten my shoulders

Hello there. I can understand your concern. For pain relief you can apply a powergesic gel on your neck. Or you can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 2 days. Consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
