I have a exhausted and a sleepy feeling

Is taking recita lite with one day gap good. Like monday night,then Wednesday night,then Friday and so on. Because regular usage making me feel very much sleepy sleepy all day long.

Hi. Recital Lite has a composition of Escitalopram 10 mg and Clonazepam 0.25 mg. Among those Clonazepam is the hypnotic which is causing sleepiness. So my suggestion is you stop Recita Lite, instead take Tab. Recita 10 mg only after dinner daily, not on alternate day. But if you face insomnia you can take Tab Clonazepam 0.25 mg separately SOS before dinner. But you should always consult with your doctor 1st. Thanks
