I had lower abdomen pain and lower back
I am 32 years old, we had protected intercourse on 9 and 10th of this month and took two ipill within 12 hours consequtively. after 7 days i was expeiencing lower abdomen pain and lower back pain but from today the pain is gone and no to little discomfort in abdomen like period cramps and my due date was 22nd of this month. usually i get prriod on time but i havent got it yet. is it due to ipill? i did not come in contact with semen and we used protection..could i be pregnant? plz guide me in this regard.

Kindly get a beta HCg blood test and ultrasound trans vaginal ultrasound to rule out pregnancy.
