I have been experiencing a groin area infection and consulted a doctor regarding this issue. I have been on medication for over four weeks now, which includes oral FLUFRESH 150 tablets, a cream named Clofresh containing clotrimazole, and a powder also containing clotrimazole and a soap as in the above prescription. Despite adhering to the prescribed treatment and maintaining hygiene by bathing twice daily, wearing breathable clothing, and consistently applying the cream and powder, the infection appears to be worsening and spreading to more areas. The initial reduction in symptoms lasted only two days before the condition began to progress again. I have sent the doctors prescription above.
So I would like to know what can I do and is it better to consult a doctor online or offline. And any suggestions regarding my infection.

This is easily treatable condition with addition of few medications. Advise you to consult a skin specialist at the earliest either online or in person.
