I got a pain below my knee on the bone
While playing football i got hit hard below the knee on the bone more than year ago the swelling and pain all went way in 1 week or two. But now after 1.5 years when i put pressure on one foot it has a pain here sharp pain. Can i apply parafin wax at home. My mom got a parafin wax treatment for hairline fracture. Can parafin wax be used at home?

If its sharp pain we need an xray or atleast need to see the site where it pains the maximum
