I got a hearing problem

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I got a noise in my ear for all time and then i got a hearing lose problem also i taken audiogram test there is showing i already 50% lost my hearing capacity . still am searching any one give me a good solution but i cant find it . am working in communication department one i got this problem i loose my job also
