I get really nervous without any reason
This has happened a lot of times. I would be just sitting and doing something, completely focused on the same, not thinking about anything else, immersed in my task. And then out of the blue, my heart would start beating really fast. Sometimes my hands start shaking too. And I feel nervous without any reason. This also sometimes happen during the night. I would be almost asleep, and then I'll start feeling restless. I feel like moving my hands and legs, like, doing something, but I don't really know what I want. But it's really nerve wrecking. Really difficult. Do i have chances of a mental illness? What could be it? Please help.

Hello. That sounds quite stressful. I’m glad that you reached out. It does sounds like anxiety and it would really be beneficial if you talk to a professional about this. Although anxiety is a normal part of life, when stressed it does increase and can affect our functioning. There are several resources that can be shared to tackle this and I think you would really benefit from the same.
